This is an outstanding opportunity for an organised and motivated leader to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school setting. As School Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire school's administrative function, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

You will manage and support a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and providing mentorship. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a similar office management role within a school or educational setting. They will have proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the entire school's administrative function, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
  • Manage and support a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and providing mentorship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance tracking and record-keeping in line with school policies.
  • Coordinate and manage school-wide communication, including emails, newsletters and website content.
  • Ensure all administrative functions comply with safeguarding, data protection and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide support to the senior leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination and special projects.
  • Handle budget management, invoicing and procurement processes in collaboration with the finance department.
