Position Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Assistant to join the Reward team on fixed term basis for 12 months. Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Reward Assistant will support the provision of a comprehensive and professional Reward service to the business. The role will work collaboratively with our HR teams to support the delivery of the HR strategy and projects.
Job Description

Key responsibilities:

- Processing of UK, France and South Africa payrolls and supporting other locations as required
- Assist with administration of UK benefits; changes, reporting and annual insurance renewals
- Work with Reward Analysts on pensions, shares and our global recognition scheme, supporting queries and administration
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers with queries relating to Total Reward, including pay and benefits.
- Work with HRIS team to ensure accuracy within HR data and processes, including to train, coach and support HR team members in process and data management
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you have prior experience working in generalist Reward or a related discipline, with knowledge of employment taxes, particularly PAYE and NIC. Advanced Microsoft Excel & data analytical skills are essential with ideally previous experience of SAP HR & Payroll and/or Success Factors. This role requires a highly organised and flexible approach, the ability to meet tight deadlines and a drive to find innovative solutions. You have high attention to detail and an exceptional level of accuracy.

In this role you will have the potential to develop across a broad range of reward activity both locally in UK and through global projects.
