Anderson Knight is recruiting a Junior Reward Advisor for our client, a growing business operating in the heart of Scotland, with offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a Junior Reward Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of key reward strategies and programs. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that their employees are appropriately rewarded for their contributions, helping to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh and has a clear defined pathway of growth to a Reward Advisor position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of competitive compensation packages.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of communications related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide support for salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes.
- Assist in the management of employee recognition programs.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in HR or compensation and benefits is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
