**The Service Advisor role**:
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship managerbetween the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

As a Sales Advisor you will support our customers through their whole retail journey, either online or in our dealerships. Our main area of focus is to deliver an exceptional customer service experience through warmth, attention, being responsive and deliveringgreat hospitality.

We are experts in helping with the little things, whether that is arranging test drives, offering finance options, or helping to choose additional accessories. You will engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone and by video, nationally as wellas locally, therefore good communication and technical skills are essential.

**About you**:
+ A full UK driving licence.
+ Previous customer facing service experience.
+ For this role, we are looking for you to have previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor industry; this is essential for you to be considered.
+ History in Sales is preferred.
