Head of Reward

We're currently looking for a **Head of Reward and Resourcing** on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the HR team, based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available.
**The job**
Reporting to the HR Director, on a day to day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Manage, mentor and develop professionals in the reward and resourcing teams
- Using internal and external insight recommend and provide competitive, future proofed reward solutions that ensure ACCAs is delivering an inclusive and competitive offering in the market that meets the needs of our diverse population
- Manage flexible, risk (PMI, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness, Life Cover) and voluntary benefits, including ACCA's retirement provision globally and ensures that our retirement provision is market competitive and legally compliant. Lead regular reviews of the DB/DC strategies in the UK and deliver an engaging communication strategy
- Lead the Annual Pay Review, Benchmarking and Merit processes globally, including negotiations with UNITE for the UK and consultations with Regional and Executive Directors outside of the UK
- Manage Resourcing Partners to ensure the right talent is being attracted to and hired in ACCA, that fit the organisation's values and aspirations, and that we are growing a diverse talent pool. Ongoing development of ACCA's employer brand, including how we make it more inclusive
- Ensure management of key performance data in the resourcing team, and lead on continuous process improvement across all teams, including Workday impacts.
**The person**
We're looking for someone who:
- Recognised reward/HR specialist with extensive experience as a reward consultant in managing, developing and delivering reward strategies, delivering reward and benefits in an international context
- Significant experience of job evaluation and market analysis
- Knowledge of pension legislation in both a Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution capacity
- Experience of working with flexible benefits systems and an understanding of salary sacrifice legislation
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment displaying an approach that is culturally sensitive and appropriate
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - to build relationships, provide appropriate challenge and to engage stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and service delivery ethos
- Ability to operate under pressure with conflicting priorities
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment where structure and process may not always be present
- Budget Management
- Strong team player capable of building effective relationships across a multi-disciplinary HR team.
