Sales Order Processor

The role:

- Ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries, including service and technical issues
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
- Check orders are correct prior to production
- Keep the CRM up to date
- To complete quotations in a timely manner using the order processing software
- Assist Sales Manager sourcing new sales opportunities
- Chasing late/ missing deliveries
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Have experience using fenestration order processing systems such as window designer, evolution or similar software
- Current or recent experience order processing windows and doors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to manage own workload
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be computer literate
