TH Recruit are excited to be working with a national developer looking to recruit a Sales Trainer on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Primary Job Purpose
- Support the Company culture and values and the delivery of high levels of business performance and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SMEs to design, develop and deliver sales training specifically targeted for onsite sales teams in line with relevant Sales models
- Leading and facilitating training courses focused on selling skills presenting training using a variety of techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and masterclass approach
- Responsible for creation, preparation and enhancement of training sessions, agendas, presentations, and materials
- Proactively collaborate with existing Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on products and processes, in order to design, develop and maintain effective training programmes aligned to their culture
- Contribute to providing the development and enhancement of training collateral by providing feedback on content relevance, success in classroom and potential eLearning opportunities
- Maintain training records, statistics and monthly metrics for compliance, auditory and business reporting

Other general responsibilities
- Maintain standards and consistency by keeping up to date and operating within the latest defined standard specifications, using the approved documentation, process, systems and source information to ensure consistent and effective performance
- Always fully comply with policies and procedures
- Actively engage and collaboratively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake such other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job holder’s experience and qualifications as may be required for the smooth running of the business

Health and Safety

Person Specification:
Education and Qualifications
- 3 A levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and ideally a Degree (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Experience
- An understanding of Sales Force or a similar platform is preferable
- An understanding of current industry and sales trends
- Ability to produce digital training (where relevant)

Skills and Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen & analytical capabilities
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage to suit customer group.
- Able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external.
- Able to maintain, adhere to and support others to work to agreed quality standards and ways of working.
- A desire to work in an environment of continual improvement
