**About Our Client**:
Leading food production company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to customers. With a focus on quality and innovation, the business is expanding the team and seeking a results-driven Administrator to play a key role in supporting the sales department and wider areas of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Order Processing and Management**:Efficiently process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfilment. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Support**:Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service. Resolve order-related issues and address customer concerns promptly.
- **Sales Coordination**:Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts. Assist in the development and maintenance of customer accounts.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Generate reports and analyse sales data to support decision-making.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication. Provide sales updates to relevant stakeholders.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports using the internal CRM and Excel to format data
- **Administrative Support**:Assist in the organisation of sales events, meetings, and presentations. Prepare sales-related documentation and correspondence.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Prepare and organise sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**The successful Administrator will have**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, pallet or FMCG
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
