We’re looking for a full-time Senior Clinical Receptionist to join our Canary Wharf clinic.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Our Senior Receptionists have a passion for excellent customer service and ensuring our high standards are delivered from the beginning to end of each patients journey.
- Leadership and supervision of the Front of house team, supporting with any day to day issues.
- Completing reception rota and clinician room planner
- Escalation of complaints and issues to the Practice Manager
- Finance management
- Oversee the clinics banking and petty cash
- Invoicing and receipting payments
- Processing all insurance company invoicing
- Collect outstanding patient debts
- Facilities management
- Management of the waiting room and general clinic environment
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Arranging permits and emergency works (in absence of the practice manager)
- Stock management, stock check and ordering
- Good understanding of the CQC and Basic understanding of Clinical Audits
- Opening and closing premises
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors, routing of patients on arrival
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing appointment booking and practitioner diaries
- Dealing with telephone and online enquiries
- Registering of patients, and data entry of patient information
- Attend staff meetings and company events as required
- Engage in the monthly review process with the practice manager
