**Personal Assistant Job Description**

Silver Birch Care Holdings (SBCHL) is looking for a **Personal Assistant** to join their team. This is a key role in which you will provide efficient PA support to executive and senior management teams, assisting them to fulfil the responsibilities and activities of their roles. You will manage diaries, including appointments and meetings, provide administrative support, and ensure the access to relevant files/documents is available when required.

**Overview**
- Providing support to the Director of Operations and Head of Operations
- Supporting communication between the Senior Management Team, and their wider teams
- Organising team events and ensuring safety measures are met.
- Providing administrative support in meetings, providing documents, and taking notes.
- Producing monthly executive reports, letters, presentations, and graphical information
- Maintaining records of outstanding expenses, issues and ensuring a quick resolution.
- Responding to correspondence and sensitive information
- Acting as a main point of contact for the Director of Operations

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting at executive level.
- The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the upmost discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines.
- Great rapport building skills, to build strong relationships with the SMT.
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and able to present to senior management.
- A natural problem solver that can remain calm and professional

- To seek guidance and clarification from the Director of Operations regarding any aspect of your role and responsibilities that you are unsure of.
- To avoid any behaviour in work or outside of work that would call into question your suitability to be employed in the social care sector.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
