Robert Half are partnering with**Transcosmos**, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company, with nearly 50 years providing solutions to their client base globally.

They are looking to recruit the new position of Head of Sales for their European business. In this role you will have overall responsibility for retaining and developing client relationships in order to generate new revenue streams whilst working passionatelyto achieve business goals and Sales.

This will role will pay a base salary of up to £60,000 with an attractive bonus structure and benefits package. You will also by fully remote, with regular travel across your European jurisdiction.

**Main Duties / Responsibilities**
- Leading the Sales team aligned to the overall performance and growth targets provided by the VP of Sales and in line with the corporate strategy.
- Overall budget responsibility for driving Sales for transcosmos, in line with revenue targets and overall strategy for transcosmos Europe's annual business plan.
- Developing winning bids within Contact Center/ End User Experience / Customer Experience solutions.
- Build key stakeholder relationships with new clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts and deliver to yearly budget set out every year.
- Sales and account reporting responsibilities including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of Sales and account division.
- New business acquisition and establishing new business within current accounts.
- Building a select pipeline of key prospects with the goal of closing strategic deals.
- Hire new Sales roles to grow transcosmos European business.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of consultative Sales strategy.
- Strategise, recommend, and consult with operations and support groups to leverage transcosmos's capabilities to close Sales deals.
- Work closely with pricing and finance to develop winning commercial solutions.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Skills / Attributes required**
- An Extensive and successful record of established Sales management experience either in the BPO market or a similar markets.
- Strong consultative seller.
- Sales executive who can forge key relationships with CEO's, COO's and other C- suite executives as well as other key business contacts, along with internally aligning support for contract execution.
- Proven ability to develop new Contact Center/ End User Experience / Customer Experience business and proven success in meeting Sales targets.
- A strong and capable leader that is self-motivated and driven to win the confidence and trust of his/her prospects, clients, global operations, and pursuit teams alike.
- Track record in closing complex Contact Center/ End User Experience / Customer Experience deals and building relationship with C-suite.
- Innovative team player with the energy, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success.
- Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator.
