**IT Manager - EMEA**

**Based in Milton Keynes - Hybrid 2/3 days office per week.**

**Salary - £95k to 105k - Significant bonus scheme and exceptional package.**

**(Some international, regional, and/or domestic travel will be required)**

Founded in the US, they now have a truly global footprint and global recognition, we are looking for an EMEA IT General Manager to join their significant, Milton Keynes based EMEA HQ.

This position is responsible for leading the IT Team - You will be supported by a number of specialist 3rd party providers for the management and development of IT services and systems across EMEA.

Your management and responsibility includes both ongoing business support services (8 country offices and a significant remote user base) and system implementation projects to meet the longer term requirements of the business.

As an expert technical leader and thought partner to the senior leadership within EMEA and Corporate HQ IT (US) on all EMEA IT specific matters that support business growth, profitability, and EBITDA goals.

You will be pivotal in ensuring the EMEA IT Department provides a suitable IT infrastructure - with relevant employee, financial / ERP and customer interface systems - to support the complex and varied business processes in many of the 40-50 indirect marketsand 11 direct markets where we operate.

**Your experience**
- Demonstrable Change Management experience
- 10+ years in an IT leadership role for a business with revenue of circa £100M (or more or similar)
- Significant and demonstrable years in leading a team that includes 5 years’ experience of the management of managers.
- Significant budget responsibility - circa £1m
- Experience of project /programme management of introducing ERP systems and processes
- Experience of a business that operates in the UK and at least four other European countries (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands)
- Functional leader/ Head of IT who has supported supply chain/Operations, sales and marketing with expert/ technical IT solutions for business users.
- Experience as a business partner working with senior leaders in similar business size and international/multi-country complexity
