Job Summary

The function of the role is to assist the Account Manager/Sales Director in accurate and efficient customer quote and order management, and other sales support duties.

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain approved product lists and valid pricing information for products using agreed vendor
- Prepare and despatch customer quotations using accurate detailed product and pricing information
- Manage incoming orders and sending to the relevant supplier and factories for processing
- Handle order queries and issues and resolve issues where possible or direct to the relevant manager
- Maintain good relation with the suppliers and follow up orders to ensure timely delivery of the customer orders as well as maintain regular contact with the customers to keep them informed on the order progress or any issues with the order delivery
- Provide customer support, as required and agreed by the business
- Ensure company CRM system is representative of up-to-date information.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks set by the manager within the time scales presented.
- Systems training for new team members
- Preparing paperwork and arranging orders delivery to the customers
- Setting up vendors and suppliers
- Answering customer phone calls and assisting where possible
- Create quarterly stats report for management
- Handling quotes queries, checking pricing / change quantity’s, invoice queries

Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree

Essential:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role

Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively to deliver against targets

Pay high attention to details and a high degree of accuracy

Manage orders and associated tasks through to completion and within agreed timescales

Communicate clearly, openly and effectively to both customers and colleagues

Listen and question effectively to identify customer requirements

Use Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint competently

Desirable:
Integrity, honesty and trustworthiness

Team player, self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and resilience

Compliance with procedures and deadline driven

**Salary**:
Depending on the experience in range of £20k to £28k
