Administration Assistant Sales Support

Accutronics Limited is a leading independent battery and charger design, development and manufacturing company based in Stoke on Trent. Producing high-performance portable and handheld electronic devices, specialising in the development and manufacture of 'smart batteries'.
This role is pivotal to maintaining and developing Accutronics’ growing base of international customers. This is an ideal opportunity for the right individual to join an experienced team and to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To be a point of contact both for prospects and customers within Accutronics.
- To respond promptly & professionally to all incoming sales and customer enquiries, securing the support/response of the appropriate Accutronics employees.
- To process and administer sales enquiries and customer orders for our standard product ranges.
- To update and maintain company website stock and website orders
- To utilise the company’s CRM to track and communicate with enquires, prospects and customers and maintain records.
- To regularly communicate with prospects & customers to drive new business and reduce lapses.
- To provide support for offline and online sales activities.
- To carry out research and maintain a good nurture programme utilising the company CRM system for direct sales.
- To assist in the reporting and analysing of key customer service and marketing activities
- To support the Customer Services Manager when necessary with any other duties
**Experience, Skills, Knowledge**:
- Experience in B2B environments, preferably in a customer focused/sales role
- Excellent telephone skills - communication, persuasion and closing skills
- Must have great attention to detail and excellent administration, computer and data entry skills
- Proficient with the internet, social media and online research
**Characteristics**
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure as well manage a multitude of activities
- High level of initiative and able to work well on own as well as in a team environment
- Thrives under pressure, keen can do attitude with a calm demeanour
**Education and Training**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of using Sage/CRM would be advantageous
- GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
