The Sales Administrator is a pivotal role within Fast Gaskets, working closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Operatives to assist with the smooth planning and production and helping the team to achieve targets.

Providing administrative assistance in all areas of the business whilst offering 1stclass customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
- **REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**

The Sales Administrator will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the sales, customer service and production teams. This position is an integral part of Fast Gaskets sales operation.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Inputting of quotations and orders
- Management of order processing tasks
- Dealing with any queries in a timely manner
- Updating customer records onto our CRM system
- General administration tasks
- Communicating daily with internal and external departments
- Ensure all customer service standards are maintained.
- Diary management.
- **KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **
- Have experience within a similar administration role.
- Previous experience of working with Sage will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Be enthusiastic, willing to learn about our products and services.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other similar packages.
- Be able to cope under pressure and with changing deadlines.
- Knowledge of our B2B industry would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given.

- Hours 38 per week, Monday to Thursday 0830-1700 Friday 0830-1200
