Our client, based in the York, is looking to recruit an experienced PA/Executive Assistant to join their team, on a temporary basis, initially until July. The hours can either be full or part time 3-5 days per week. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with some days in the office and some at home.

The role is varied, providing secretarial and administrative support to 2 Directors, and to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing, both paper and electronic files
- Produce accurate documentation to deadlines
- Answer telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take messages efficiently and accurately
- A good standard of copy and audio typing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Assist other team members on any projects that may arise in a timely manner

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexibly and use initiative
