**Assistant to Sales Leadership Team / PA - 12 month fixed term contract**
**Location: York or Gatwick (Hybrid working - approx. 2 flexible days a week in our fantastic office)**
**Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + 12 flexible days in addition to holiday entitlement + other fantastic benefits**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team as Assistant to Sales Leadership team / PA and provide you with the opportunity to really be at the heart of everything we do, ensuring effective diary management, administrative management and support to the Sales Leadership Team.

**A day in the life of an Assistant to Sales Leadership team / PA **
This role will see you energise and engage key stakeholders across the business, providing day to day support to the Sales Leadership Team. It's a varied role so you will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also:

- Support members of our Leadership Team with work and diary commitments.
- Problem solve and have the ability to make decisions with confidence in relation to business priorities and requirements
- Provide support to the Leadership Team, including managing timelines and meeting schedules
- General administrative work such as typing and formatting documents, preparing presentations, statistics and producing reports as requested
- Arranging all business travel planning and accommodation requirements, including producing relevant itineraries and expense statements handling
- Supporting key events / key event planning e.g. annual customer plan presentations / annual confectionery conference
- Arranging and coordinating meetings with internal and external participants.

**What will make you successful?**
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated and passionate individual with previous PA and administration experience who enjoys a challenge and is willing to take ownership for your work. You will be a logical thinker, highly organised, driven and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, always looking ahead to identify opportunities and potential issues.

You will also:

- Ideally have experience of working within a matrix style structure.
- Possess excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with a strong sense of integrity.
- Have a customer-centric, proactive approach with resilience and flexibility.
- Demonstrate proven upward management skills.
- Have a good understanding of best practice within an office environment
- Have solid IT skills throughout MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
