Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join the team. The Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading our sales team to success. This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, collaborate with clients from diverse sectors, and contribute to the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the tech industry or consulting sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and technology.
