**We are looking for **waking night support workers to work in our Residential home in Surrey. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families in a residential environment that support the service users' needs.
Our residential centre currently supports 13 individuals. The centre is run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support workers help the service users to complete their everyday routines, prepare meals, as well as help them learn essential home skills such as doing the washing and making the bed. The service users regularly participate in relaxing activities with others.
You will need to be enthusiastic and willing to help the individuals with a variety of care and support needs including domestic tasks like getting ready for bed, personal care and administering medication
Being a waking night support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
**Where you will be working**:This role is based in our residential home (Stonepit Close).
**Hours of Work: 40** hours a week various night shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
