Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care provision for residents, ensuring their assessed needs are met in line with their care plan.
- Administer and store prescribed medication in accordance with legislation.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and feeding, as needed.
- Oversee meal preparation and serving, ensuring a well-balanced diet for each resident.
- Communicate effectively with team members to update care plans and provide relevant information about residents.
- Report any accidents or incidents to senior staff, and be aware of Safeguarding Adults at Risk policies.
- Attend regular supervision meetings with your line manager and follow reasonable instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to attend training and maintain high operational standards.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Awareness of CQC requirements and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
