Waking Night Support Worker

Looking for Residential Support Worker for a waking night position.
Binscombe, Godalming.
Driver's License (Desirable)
Do you have a calm personality and are looking for a job to make a real difference to people's lives, we have two waking night vacancies in our home.
About the Role:
You will work as part of a passionate team delivering care to young people with the goal to equip them with the tools and resilience to be confident adults and fulfil their potential in their lives.
Duties will include:
Support all young people as a waking night member of the team.
Complete required paperwork.
About you:
Experience working in a residential children’s home will be an advantage.
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care will be an advantage, however this is not an essential requirement. We encourage people who have good interpersonal skills, who would like to make a difference in young people’s lives to apply.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to generate trust and credibility when working as part of a team and be reliable.
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm within stressful situations.
40 hours per week.
Shifts consist of working from the hours of 10PM to 8AM.
**Salary**: £13 per hour

**Salary**: £8.67-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
