The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be key to assisting the operations team with important administrative support. Working in one of our busy stores, a typical day could include:

- Creating and overseeing marketing activities across the business to drive sales growth, across digital platforms, social media and traditional marketing such as vouchers and banners
- Supporting new store openings, setting up supplier accounts and developing launch marketing strategies
- Arranging repairs and maintenance jobs for all stores, submitting quotes for approval and keeping records to ensure required planned preventative maintenance takes place
- Supporting our operations team in the roll out of new initiatives
- Designing internal communications to keep our store teams up to date on business activities
- Collating and analysing data such as customer feedback, incident reports etc, identifying trends and feeding back to the leadership team
- Identifying and suggesting ways to improve processes and ways of working
