2Fawcett are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk to work for a leading company based in Derby.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices.

**The Role & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk**
- Invoice chasing (high volume of phone work)
- Invoice checking and processing
- Statement reconciliation
- Obtaining supplier bank details
- Invoice query logging and resolution
- Answering the telephone to support with invoices chases
- Requesting pre-payments and deposits

**Requirements of the Purchase Ledger Clerk**
- AAT qualified, recent graduate or qualified by experience considered
- Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
- Experience using Accounting softwares and MS Excel is beneficial

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
