Purchase Ledger Assistant Role

Eaton Syalon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently, handling escalations, and resolving queries while building proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, including CIS, ensuring VAT and General Ledger coding is accurate.
  • Assist with payment run checks and relevant submissions.
  • Resolve all invoice-related queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement process changes.
