Head of Partnership Services

**The opportunity**:
As Head of Partnership Services, you'll be accountable for driving first class delivery and outstanding performance within the Partnership Services function (which conducts regulated advice). Ensuring effective implementation of the Partnership Services strategy that enables The Openwork Partnership to meet its ambitions and create great customer outcomes.
You'll be passionate about leadership, building positive relationships and creating a best practice environment.
This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week in Swindon.
**The benefits**:

**Key accountabilities**:
- Driving outstanding performance within the Partnership Services team, promoting and educating existing products and proposition and supporting new services and initiatives
- Building and deploying a successful Partnership Services function ensuring a positive and increasing P&L by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and creating results.
- Developing targets and shaping the function to support the growing and changing needs of the network.
- Utilising and leveraging internal data and external insight ensuring the Team operate with skill and knowledge, keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and technology.
- Deputise for Partnership Director where required, including sitting on appropriate internal committees
- Management and talent development of all direct reports, bringing the team on the journey with you.
- Ensure sufficient, robust controls and processes are in place to deliver functional activities in line with regulatory, legal and corporate requirements
Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

**What will you need to succeed?**:
- Substantial distribution and operational management experience across multiple FS product sectors
- Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of business development best practice and advice/sales models
- Able to provide strong functional leadership
- Strong understanding of regulatory policy and priorities, Conduct Risk and TCF
- Acts as a role model for Openwork leadership behaviours
- Familiarity with adviser business models and knowledge of sales models beyond the FS market
- Knowledge of competitor and provider propositions and able to represent the Company as a market leading alternative
- Knowledge of the methods used to promote the brand, the network and its products
- Experience in leading business development / sales teams on a regional or nationwide basis
- Bring enthusiasm to lead and implement change, displaying both persistence and resilience
- Strong understanding of regulatory policy and priorities, and experience in oversight of regulated activities.
- Credibility and stature to operate at all levels in the business and externally
- Acts with integrity, responsibility and accountability always
