**The opportunity**: Reporting to the Head of Partnership Services, the Partnership Services Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Partnership Services Business Support Team (Non-Sales) and management of the relationships within the Partnership, ensuring that the team are performing against all agreed objectives.

**This is a hybrid role based 2-3 days a week in our Swindon office.**

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage the day to day running of the Business Support Team
- Works with the Head of Partnership Services to manage the Performance of the overarching Team
- Manage the relationship with, but not limited to Internal colleagues such as PDMs, Recruitment and Onboarding Teams and Colleagues
- Manage the relationship with Introducing Partnership Firms, OWL And 2plan and their Advisers
- Responsible for Performance Management of the Team, including but not limited to; Campaign Management, Lead Performance, Monthly
- Reporting, Ad-hoc MI requested by Head of PS
- The primary contact to manage escalated issues and seeing them through to resolution.
- Commission Payment Management making any necessary manual payments to advisers and managing broker fees coming in through cash flow
- Socialising the benefits of Partnership Services through our Online or Face to Face Events such as Peer Groups, PDM Meetings, Conferences etc
- Being a key stakeholder for all project work for the team and be involved with projects across the wider business to bring experience to the groups.

**What will you need to succeed?**:

- 2 years’ experience managing a team with experience in Financial Services
- Desirable: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified or studying for this.
- Ability to motivate others in the team to deliver high performance
- Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and very well organised
- Able to handle difficult challenges in a calm and professional way
- An understanding of The Openwork Partnership adviser model.
- Desirable: to have a basic understanding of holistic advice
- Knowledge of MCOBS / ICOBS regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Financial Services products including Mortgage and Protection
- Excellent Numerical skills
- Excellent English spelling and grammar
- Computer literate and proficient working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong customer services ethic.
- A clear communicator who can engage over the phone or face to face.
