About the Opportunity

The Openwork Partnership is seeking a skilled Partnership Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a vital role in delivering a top-tier recruitment service to our Partner Practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage volume vacancies end-to-end, taking detailed briefings from hiring managers, sourcing high-quality candidates, scheduling interviews, managing offers, and delivering candidate feedback.
  • Drive greater internal and direct candidate attraction at every opportunity.
  • Coordinate regular Recruitment activities such as candidate screening, job advert management, interviews, and assessments.
  • Ensure all stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value.
  • Deliver a memorable candidate experience at every touchpoint, acting as a true ambassador of our brand.
  • Begin to build talent pools for the future, helping us shift to becoming a more proactive Partnership Recruitment function.
  • Support and understand the workings of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), championing improvements wherever possible and developing reporting capability.
  • Provide support with a range of projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Partnership Recruitment function, such as activities related to employer brand and EVP, assessment and selection, educating hiring practices through recruitment workshops.
  • Alongside the rest of the team, drive forward the Partnership Recruitment vision, as part of the broader Commercial strategy.
  • Create and analyze management information to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally agency-based.
  • An excellent relationship builder, both internally and in all areas of candidate attraction and search, assessment, and selection.
  • Competent user of different Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Positive, proactive, able to use your own judgment and initiative.
  • Takes responsibility for delivering and achieving targets, with a natural customer-focused approach.
  • Works collaboratively across a wider team.
  • Able to be effective when working independently, remotely, or as part of a team.
  • Advanced analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Forward thinking, innovative, and always looking to put forward new ideas.
  • Remains calm under pressure, particularly at peak periods where workloads can be challenging.
