**Fire Risk Assessment Trainer**

**Location: -** On-site / Remote (1 Week per Month) With **Regular Travel**

**Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: Highly Competitive

**The Role**:

- Prepare and conduct training courses across both Classrooms and Teams.
- Assess and Mark assessment activities whilst providing SMART objectives and methods of improvement.
- Assist with the communication of new / updated training information whilst contributing to the mentoring of other trainers.
- Complete all preparation and admin activities as laid out in the company handbook and policies.
- Liaise with Clients directly to deliver Service Level Agreements whilst ensuring all content is delivered as requested.
- Design, deliver and maintain CPD / qualification courses as required.
- Support internal quality assurance methods.

**The Person**:

- Extensive experience in the Fire Safety industry or Fire & Rescue Services
- Prior Teaching / Training experience.
- Good communication ability to identify the needs of clients.
- Good knowledge & experience in workplace fire safety.
- PTLLS or Equivalent Qualification / Experience.
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
- **Must be willing to regularly travel.**
