Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Training Specialist to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and technicians in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure apprentices meet the automotive Apprenticeship Standard
  • Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources
  • Complete timely assessments of apprentice work (practical and theoretical)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs

Requirements:

  • Appropriate level of occupational competence
  • Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Either possess or be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification
  • Full Driving License holder
  • First Aid at Work Qualification (or willingness to undertake)
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
