You’ll have a solid understanding of marketing campaign planning and delivery through a multitude of channels (experience across digital, social, PR, events and advertising backgrounds will all help you here).

About the Job:
As an Internal Communications Officer, you’ll be responsible for devising, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as populating and executing regular drumbeat content outside of marketing campaigns. Other duties will include;
- Writing copy that is engaging, accurate and accessible for a multitude of audiences
- Drafting, approving and disturbing high quality press releases
- Support lead generation activity by building campaigns focused on making contacts in desired sectors and then targeting them with content to move them to a qualified lead stage, using CRM to capture and progress with our sales teams.
- Project manage, attend and promote events that Arcus FM attends throughout the year - from Meet the Buyer & Networking, to stands at Trade Shows / Expos
- Protect & promote Arcus’ brand identity and guidelines across the group including giving guidance to stakeholders on appropriate usage
- Experienced and focused approach to measurement and analytics - ability to use data-driven insight to continually refine and enhance the performance of each marketing campaign & the channels that are used
- Provide support for internal communications and engagement at Arcus - sharing external content internally and engaging colleagues in plans; and providing cover for the Internal Comms Officer when needed - including resource CEO monthly Town Hall events.

To be successful you will have:

- Marcomms experience in a similar size organisation/sector is desirable
- Relevant degree or similar qualification preferred
- CIPR/CIM qualified
- A creative approach to content creation - ability to provide succinct briefs for graphic / web designers to create engaging campaign assets
- Very strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to work with, manage projects with, and advise stakeholders up to and including the C-suite
- B2B Marketing experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Marketing activation software (Oracle Eloqua / Adobe Marketing Cloud), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), and Analytics Software (Google Analytics). Use of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is desirable
- Experience delivering communications in a fast-pace, operational organisation
- Strong understanding of the creation of analytical reports
