We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team at MSA Data Analytics Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and steer marketing activity across the UK and EU, working closely with our commercial, sales, and new business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Marketing in delivering, managing, and evaluating multichannel marketing campaigns, using various tools and techniques to measure and analyze campaign results.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to provide feedback on campaign performance and recommend future growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with branch stakeholders to support local and national marketing initiatives.
  • Create and send internal monthly marketing communications and optimize engagement on our intranet.
  • Conduct and evaluate market and competitor research.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all online and offline channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CRM suppliers and data providers.
  • Manage marketing queries and support regional executives with tailored marketing plans.
  • Present and promote marketing campaigns and initiatives to internal stakeholders face-to-face and online.
  • Attend and promote our company brand at relevant UK and EU industry events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a full-time employed B2B marketing role.
  • Relevant degree qualification or professional industry-recognized marketing accreditation.
  • Previous regular use of marketing campaign management or email marketing tools and website CMS is desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the core principles of marketing.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to quickly form relationships and rapport.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritize projects, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Hands-on knowledge of using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation systems as part of a plan to achieve commercial targets.
  • Valid UK driving license is essential.

In return, the successful candidate will join a business with a great culture and excellent employee engagement. The working regime is hybrid, ideally 3 days per week onsite with flexibility when needed (occasional travel to other office locations may be required).
