About the Role:
This is a brand new Marketing and Insights role for AF Selection, where you will work closely with our commercial team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Work closely with the commercial team to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies that align with those goals.
- Manage and maintain our website, including creating and publishing content, and ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience and build our brand.
- Monitor and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights that inform our marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with our graphics manager to create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of both creative and analytical marketing.
- Education to degree level or similar, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and creative principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.
- Experience with WordPress and Canva, as well as strong MS Office skills.
- A full driving license, with the ability to travel to stores and other locations as needed.

- A competitive salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home.
