**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the office whilst being reactive to the needs of the business. This includes but is not limited to, coordinating office holidays, managing office stationery and supplies.
- Manage invoicing and payroll, handle all enquiries relating to both. Bank cheques as necessary and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
- Add client expenses in a timely manner.
- Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, as far a possible handling the query and passing on clear messages where appropriate.
- Handle client and Care Professional telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner, gathering all essential details and as far as possible booking follow-up appointments. Keeping the spreadsheet up to date.
- Maintain effective systems ensuring that all filing and databases are kept up to date.
- Support service delivery process ensuring compliance, admin and systems are updated in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality and Diversity Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

**Qualifications**:
Working with Excel and Outlook, Experience working in an office environment - Must have attention to detail
