**What you'll do**:

- Teach gymnastics to 3-12 year olds - and according to talent and skills from crawling babies
- Participate to strategic and tactical decisions to help the business grow
- Join training every week to grow & learn
- Rotation work on weekends - 1/3 weekend free per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop create and implement training programs to motivate gymnasts based on their skill level and goals - monitor & provide feedback - strong communication skills
- Collaborate with other coaches to plan team practices and routines
- Ensure the safety of all gymnasts by enforcing rules and regulations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
- Grow the business and ensure retention of current members
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and rules
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Natural leader interested in business development
- Fit and healthy and a very strong team player / sense of responsibility
