Job Title: Business Administrator

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the business owner and staff
- Manage and organize files, both physical and digital
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Use QuickBooks to manage financial records and transactions
- Assist with dental office receptionist duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a business administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
