Overview:
Join our team as a Business professional where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Computerize information and maintain digital records
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage office tasks and assist with general office duties
- Proficiently use Google Suite for communication and documentation
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in handling tasks
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with clients or colleagues
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite for effective communication and collaboration
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Experience in clerical duties is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Apprenticeship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £17,270.95-£23,000.00 per year
