**Who are Nesi Professionals Ltd**:
Nesi Professionals is a specialist staffing solutions provider for the health & social care sector who supply care/support staff to care homes, hospitals and supported living services across the North west for Young People and Vulnerable adults.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as a Business Administrator. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Manager you will be required to support the various departments at the Nesi Professionals office.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with your colleagues and the wider group
- Meet and greet all visitors on arrival, including clients, trainees, new starters and group colleagues.
- Support with the onboarding process by taking photographic headshots of all new starters; create and issue staff ID badges upon completion of training; maintain an accurate log of ID badges issued and ensure invoicing of costings.
- Create and provide staff training profiles for all new starters upon completion of training and keep them up to date
- To be able to operate company IT/portal systems effectively and to champion new developments for growth in the wider organisation.
- Support the Planning & Scheduling Manager by inputting accurate staff rotas for each location on a monthly basis on the company portal; check for shift changes on a daily basis and ensure accurate rotas are maintained on company portals
- Manage the Planning & Scheduling team’s productivity log, for daily shift booking requests via telephone.
- Support the Payroll department with Credit Control; chasing invoices etc
- Collate new starter information and submit to Payroll department
- Supporting the Recruitment department with Screening calls and interviews
- Attend and contribute to the fortnightly NESI team meeting and take minutes
- Part-take on the on-call rota for the business
**Experience needed**:
- Experience is the care industry
- To have worked within a team
- To have worked independently and been accountable to supervisors
- Previous office experience
**Knowledge & Skills, we are looking for**:
- Friendly & Professional telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good organisational skills; ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
- Full Driving License and access to own car is desirable
- Adaptable to support various departments of the business

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
