**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Administrator to join our team based in Wellingborough. As part of our journey, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR processes and People.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding documentation and setup.
- Leaver administration.
- Update and keep accurate company records and information.
- Reporting, monthly and weekly.
- Managing the HR inbox and raising queries when you cannot help.
- Updating holiday and absence for the company.
- Updating company HR Policies and Processes.
- Dealing with general HR Queries from our People.
- Support and work with the Line Manager
- Liaise with Finance and send relevant Payroll information when needed.
- CV Screening.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by the line manager.

**Person Specification**:

- Previous knowledge of Leave planner and Actin Time would be an advantage.
- Previous experience of Indeed would be an advantage and CV Screening and writing and posting adverts.
- You must be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active.
- Understand confidentiality is key when working in a HR team.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work, and to be a trusted member of the team.
- Display punctuality and excellent attendance records.
- Show meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess basic Microsoft skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Working Hours**:
Full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Flexible shift timings between 8:00 am and 17:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Example shift options include: 08:00 am - 16:00 pm, 08:30 am - 16:30 pm, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
