Roles & Responsibilities
- Running Oracle HR Management System reports.
- Updating the attendance management log with absence information and arranging relevant review meetings.
- Timely processing of employee starter, leavers, transfers and amendments information.
- Processing and responding to written correspondence and handling telephone enquiries.
- To produce/assist in the production HR Statistics and KPIs on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Maintenance of confidential HR records.
- To ensure that all administration is carried out in a timely, effectively and accurate manner
- Undertake one to one and team meetings.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Develop and maintain effective, supportive working relationships with relevant departments, sharing information and developing efficient processes
- Create and distribute monthly site newsletter and employee recognition
- Develop and update all employee communication and media displayed around the site.
- Support the organisation of site events that promote colleague well-being and engagement and charity fundraising events.
- Develop links with local community organisations.
- Administer the site’s social media sites and run communication campaigns to support site initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Excellence in administration including attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy
- At least 1-years experience in an HR Administration role.
- Adept at organising and presenting information.
- You should be an effective communicator to people at all levels, both oral and written
- You should be able to demonstrate the skills of influencing and persuasion required to be effective in a team
- You will also need the personal qualities of resilience, energy and flexibility
- Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
- Must be confident and motivated and able to work under own initiative
- A high level of personal integrity displaying values of respect and empathy for others
- Resourceful and able to work on own initiative
- Innovative and creative problem solving abilities
- Educated to minimum of GCSE grade C or NVQ level 3 or equivalent
