We believe that when 0.012% of all children that play football go on to become a Premier League professional, then the focus should not be simply on development or progression... we should be focussing on having FUN

In fact, our goal is to become the World's Leading Children's Football Coaching Organisation. Whilst we are ambitious enough to have this as our aim, we are humble enough to know that it is going to take a lot of hard work over a period of time to get there.

**Football Fun Factory - Wellingborough, Rushden & Raunds**

We are looking to expand our coaching team in Wellingborough, Rushden & Raundsand are looking for FUN, ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING coaches to assist with our programs throughout the year

At the Football Fun Factory it’s all about fun and development and building a positive relationship and incredible experiences for children in the local community.

**Our programs include -**

**Football Fun & Development Sessions** - weekday evenings for 1 hour each session. Usually on turf pitches, age group usually 4-12 years old.

**Tots Football Fun** - This session is for 18 months - 5-year-olds and all based around having fun with various games. This session is done inside the inflatable football pitch in a sports hall on Sarturdays usually between 10am-12pm.

As we move into Wellingborough, Rushden & Raunds and look to expand our team we are looking for superstar assistant coaches to help run our sessions

**We are currently looking for coaches available on -**

Tuesdays: 5:30-6:30pm (Higham Ferrers)

Wednesdays: 5:00-6:00pm (Wellingborough)

Fridays: 5:45-6:45pm (Raunds)

Saturdays: 10am-12noon (Wellingborough)

There may also be other days/times available in Sharnbrook and Bedford.

**Experience**:
FUN, ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, OUTGOING.

A passion for football and making it fun

Works/worked with young children.

**Qualifications**:
FA Level 1 (preferred)

Working with Young Children (Essentiial)

Driving Licence (Essential)

Suitable for a DBS check (Essential)

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with Children: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Certificate in Coaching Football (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Safeguarding Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 04/03/2024
