S.A.M.E Academy delivers driving awareness, road safety education & driver training to new, young and the next generation of motorists in schools, Colleges, universities & companies internationally. We have worked with government departments, insurance companies, car manufacturers, as well as featured on recognised media (Sky News, ITV News, LBC and BBC Radio) as recognition of our work.

We are looking for new facilitators to join our growing pool of dedicated people to deliver our workshops, presentations & programmes. Facilitators are required to present up to between 30 - 200 students at a time in different locations within London and M25 area, nationally and occasionally internationally.

**Main Purpose of Job**

Facilitators will seek engagement and success.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Set clear goals for workshops with the General Manager, communicating them to the youngsters
- Express a positive environment, engaging the audience and encouraging them to be actively participating in the learning process
- Liaise with the General Manager in collecting evaluation feedback surveys

**Personal Specification**

Previous experience of working with young people and/or presenting to groups of classroom size and above.
- Skills and qualifications:_ Drama, performance art and youth work background. Effective IT skills, especially in PowerPoint. Superior communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Personal characteristics:_ Self-motivated, engaging, dynamic, influential with the ability to speak in different scenarios

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £28.00-£60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
