Seminar & Workshop Facilitator
- United Kingdom- Independent contractor- Summary- You will be responsible for delivering in-person & virtual sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients. Topics include Change Management, Stress Management, Resiliency, Respect, Professionalism and Difficult Behaviors.- Responsibilities Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions also known as "lunch 'n learns".
- Workshops: Half

- day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.- Required core qualifications and skills-
- Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting;
- Demonstrated practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;
- Superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills;
- Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
