You will work closely across creative agency, global marketing, education and brand teams, ensuring that every piece presented tells a captivating story and showcases our campaigns, products and education with style and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually captivating presentation decks that reflect the company's brand identity for the CMO, Global Education and Creative Agency functions.
- Ensure the timely and precise execution of presentations, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Utilise advanced skills in presentation software (PowerPoint), with proficiency in additional supporting design tools required (Adobe Creative Cloud Apps)
- Editing of video content on Adobe Premier and addition of text and graphics to animate content to make inspiring content for internal Artistry / Education Teams
- Creation of graphics and designed materials in adobe software
- Maintain a sharp focus on accurate brand representation, aligning with the company's unique tone of voice through designing and execution.
- Cultivate effective relationships and proactively anticipate the needs of the Project Management team, staying informed about upcoming projects and timelines across other departments to facilitate adaptable presentation development.
- Build strong rapport across the business to be aware of and comprehend evolving requirements and project updates.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams within CMO, Global Education and Creative Agency.
- Establish and maintain a library of reusable templates and design elements, streamlining presentation creation and ensuring consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to continually enhance the quality of presentations.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to make iterative improvements to presentations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve formatting or design issues to ensure the highest level of quality in all presentation decks.
- Provide guidance to team members on effective presentation design tools.
- Collaborate with IT or technical teams to ensure seamless integration of multimedia elements, such as videos or interactive features, into presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and presentations not yet released to the public.

- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Dropbox, Sharepoint and project management tools such as Trello
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint essential
- Excellent typography and layout skills essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites
- Must be fluent with MacOS systems
- Experience in filming lo-fi and higher level content ready for editing advantageous
