ABOUT GREAT BIG EVENTS
Great Big Events are a creative company with an exciting high-profile portfolio of global events. Our core business is in Sport Presentation, having directed the in-stadia experience for a vast number of international multisport games and World Championships. This includes multiple Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and Rugby World Cups. The company is based in London and Sydney and has an agile Creative Content Department.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, creative and technically-savy individual with a brilliant design eye to conceptualise, develop and execute the delivery of creative assets for key national and international events. The role will work alongside the in house creative team in our London office.

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2-4 years professional experience
- Intermediate to Advanced competency in Adobe Creative Cloud inc. After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Be able to create an inspiring and innovative design tailored to better our client’s brand and image.
- Have a strong understanding of typography, colour and design layout
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication style: visually, verbally and in written correspondence
- A positive disposition and ability to effectively manage different personalities
- The ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- A media production degree or equivalent
HIGHLY DESIRABLE SKILLS INCLUDE:

- Understand typography, visual communication and motion graphics trends
- A technical understanding to deliver assets
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a problem-solver
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work
- Collaborate closely with Event Managers, Technical Managers and Motion Designers to create high end motion designs
OTHER INFORMATION
- IMMEDIATE START - 12-month contract with potential to lead into a full time role.
- LEVEL - Mid-level
