**Bancon Homes** has a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their expanding team supporting developments in West Lothian and South Lanarkshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek out prospective sales and follow up all enquiries
- Negotiate deals on Bancon Homes new build properties
- Qualify all leads and refer to specialist mortgage advisor
- Complete reservation, pre-contract meeting and new home demonstrations
- Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices
- Keep client up to date with progress on their plot and development
- Maintain customer database ensuring all relevant information is collated
- Ensure clients receive a smooth handover process

Skills and responsibilities required:

- Previous new homes sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills
