The Outbound Calling Executive is an exciting role which will play an integral part in the development of Aviva Financial Advice (AFA).

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter to be a part of this new team, we are looking for a strong team player who is motivated within a sales environment and can manage their own time effectively.

**A bit about the job**:
The role-holder will be part of a larger Business Development team incorporating marketing, Advice Engagement team, business development and Data & MI, led by the Head of Business Development & Commercial.

To key purpose will be to make outbound calls to customers who have shown an interest in our products or been identified by us as potentially interested in taking financial advice. The aim is to generate quality leads for the business.

You may also provide support on inbound calls to support the wider team. You will be part of a team to drive customers into the Aviva Financial Advice journey and ensuring we maintain good customer outcomes.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Previous sales/lead generation experience
- Previous Outbound calling experience
- Good oral communication skills, excellent telephone manner with an enquiring mind to be able to gather facts and information
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships as part of a wider team
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
