We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our newly refurbished supermarket store in Lisburn. Our store has a unrivalled butchery, bakery and provisions counter, providing an exceptional level of fresh and locally produced products for our customers.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the supplier invoicing and account reconciliation of Greens Foodfare. The role is full time 9-5pm Monday to Friday.

**Key tasks**
- Maintaining the Company’s purchase ledger
- Posting and matching high volume of purchase invoices
- Agreement of purchase invoices to delivery dockets
- Investigating any queries with suppliers and internal management
- Reconciliation of supplier statements in electronic/excel format
- Preparing BACS payments for authorisation
- Ensuring all documents are processed on time
- Filing of all documentation
- Assisting with closedown of Purchase ledger at month end
- Reviewing bank payments and direct debits for purchase ledger maintenance
- Credit card processing of receipts and reconciliation.
- Data processing of pricing updates

**Key Skills/Experience required**:
**A background in an Accounts function is essential**
- Excellent computer literacy especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills are essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work on an individual basis and part of a team
- A flexible approach to roles and duties, being prepared to take on varied tasks at short notice
