We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our finance team in Hillsborough, NI. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Registration of invoices and credit notes daily
  • Matching of purchase orders and invoices for accurate processing
  • Liaising with procurement department to resolve issues
  • Correct application of job codes and general ledger codes on supplier invoices
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements

The successful candidate will have strong numerical skills, experience of working with computerised accounting systems, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
