The Crewing Coordinator is a role within the Survey team, working alongside the existing team, carrying out the below duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently an established coordiantor/resource coordinator, or in the field looking for an office position.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients and sourcing personnel to support their survey operations
- Responsible for all survey job requests
- Oversee day to day planning and project preparations within the survey industry
- Negotiations of terms with the clients and personnel
- Assist with travel bookings/training courses and other items required during the mobilisation process
- Expand and build relationships with personnel within the survey industry
- Expand and build the Infobond brand to clients and contractors within the survey industry
- Update and create personnel files using the internal RMS system
- Travel to Energy exhibitions where required (with notice)
- Assist in building the internal Survey structure
- Support the Oil & Gas operations Team where required
- Mentor any future team members who join the Survey team
- Be willing to learn and attend training courses for progression to the Crewing Manager role
- Form part of the Company Weekend on call rota
- Other duties as assigned by the Management team
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Able to manage any survey personnel queries outside of the office hours
- Able to manage any survey personnel job requests outside of the office hours
- Able to manage any survey mobilisations queries outside of the office hours
- The position is office based, in Gorleston (NR31)

**Required experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the offshore survey industry (essential)
- Experience with the Resource and planning of personnel/crews (essential)
- Experience in dealing with end clients
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadline
- Familiarity with using databases, applicant tracking systems and resource management systems
- Familiarity with social media tools, especially LinkedIn
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint Software
- Driven, forward thinking, committed, problem solving, multi-tasking, adaptability, proactive, reactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
