Crewing Coordinator

**Crewing Coordinator**

Based in Caister on Sea, Norfolk, NR Marine Services owns and operates a fleet of 7 crew transfer vessels operating in UK waters.

Due to business growth there is an immediate requirement for a Crewing Coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Interviewing and hiring of new crew for our vessels
- Creation and continual upkeep of a crew rota.
- Completing weekly crew matrix forms to send to clients
- Arranging crew cover, often at short notice
- Ensuring required crew certificates are kept up to date and uploaded onto our business and clients databases across the different sites we operate on.
- Arranging crew site inductions
- Liaising with and reporting to other members of the office team
- General crew HR support
- General office admin

**You will need**
- Proven organisation skills
- Positive people skills to engage and build relationships with crew and office staff effectively
- A demonstrated dedication to OH&S compliance
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing workforce as well as being able to work well under pressure
- Experience in personnel management
- Strong computer skills and reporting experience
- A flexible and reactive approach
- The ability to multitask and prioritise work independently

**This role will be based at our office in Caister on Sea, Norfolk, UK but may also include occasional travel to other parts of the UK**

**This is a permanent role based on 30 hrs per week. Hours are flexible to suit staff and business requirements.**

**Salary range £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
